Debt review
I have registered with Xchange investment 2018,they promised me that I am not going to use my money to pay my installment to my surprise I even have to pay to the software that they have installed to my phone.I am now under debt review because of them,they didn't tell me that they will take loan on my behalf.I tried counseling after 2 months they said I should pay that loan that when I knew that I took loan without me knowing.

Debt review

I'm so disappointed and frustrated about these people. I lost R25000 registration to trade with them, one of their employees Itumeleng called and pretended to assist but continued to **** me by authorizing a debit order of R300 without my knowledge while she said her supervisor will arrange a refund for the money I've spent without using their platform. You people are ****mers. I need you to stop debiting my account for ur own benefits and need my money back.

Only myself and my family knows how much i regretted investing with this fraud company. DON'T DO IT!!!, I nearly lost all my savings due to this company, if it wasn't for dorcasterplconline . com who were able to withdraw my funds for me, they got my returns after a lot of effort. I couldn't believe I could get my money back, I really appreciate all they did on my behalf. Stay far far away from this company.

Never again
Never have I ever had a more poor and unprofessional experience grom any company like I had from this company and the owner of the company. Last week I set up an appointment to see the company owner. We ha e been corresponding via whatsapp. After numerous whatsapp messages which he just ignored, I called him on Monday to confirm our appointment for Tuesday morning at 8:30, and he agreed to see me at his office at the agreed time. I arrived at the office at 8:10 as I make an effort to be on time and be dressed professionally to see a professional business owner. By 8:30 the receptionist contacted the business owner and informed him that I have arrived and is waiting for him as agreed. The owner then said the appointment was only for 9:30, and that I will have to wait. I did not have a problem with that and I was more than happy to wait for him. The business owner arrived, as I went outside while I was waiting and noticed his car in the parking, reason I knew it was his car was the personalized number plate. By 9:30 no attempt was made to call me for the meeting and I was put into a training room to wait. Time went on and sadly no one made any attempt to let me know what is the next course of action. By 10:30 I decided that I have waited long enough and walked up to reception and told her that I will be leaving. To my dismay the receptionist had forgotten about me even being there, thus have the business owner also not even bothered to come and see me. This is a company that "prides" themselves to assist people to trade on the stock exchange and I can say with all honesty if you do not buy/sell in time in the markets, then you will loose money. If the business owner and his workers can not be bothered about being professional and on time to meet a person, HOW AND WHY can u trust them with your hard earned money. People think twice to work with this company and first do your homework very well. Heaven knows there is ALLOT of scams out there

XCHANGE INVESTMENT TRAINING IS A SCAM
I was approached by one of the consultants in 2013. Promised me training to trade with JSE directly from my laptop, by installing their software and offering training. He then offered me a CD and book, I then informed him that I don't have cash to start trading. He then indicated they can apply or a loan for R18 000. A trading account will be opened for me and funds deposited into the account. I paid the account for twelve months without any training and communication with Xchange Investment. I stopped the loan repayment and a company called Traceonline contacted me on behalf of CTI International Finance that I owe the company. They informed me they have financed my loan with Xchange Investment. They even served me with the summons. I indicated to them I don't have a problem with their loan to me via Xchange Investment. My only problem is that I have never seen the account they have deposited the funds into. I don't have an account with them. They then went to credit bureau to blacklist me.

Clearly a scam
This company is very clearly a low-effort scam to steal money from government workers. Two Zimbabwean men from this company stayed at our guesthouse for a week and then left without paying. Do not trust these people, they will end up in court.
