CATS LOVE TAKEALOT BOXES
Takealot enabled me, as a plattelander, to have choices and to buy things which previously I needed a day trip to Gqeberha. My cats also love the boxes. I cover the boxes in winter for outdoor stray cats and my own cats think the boxes are far more exciting than any bought cat toy.

I have a guesthouse in a small Karoo town with no access to a lot of things that city dwellers take for granted. Takealot enables me to run my business without any hiccups. AND THEIR BOXES MAKE EXCELLENT CAT HOUSES!

RUSSELLS - WHAT HAPPENED?
The Russells branch in Graaff-Reinet is a disgrace to the brand. The shop is dirty, unkept and disorganized. The staff members are unprofessional - sitting/lying on brand new couches, eating while helping clients, not cleaning their shop. I have reported it to their head office via e-mail, but of course no response was received. What a pity! I remember when the shop was professionally run and it was a pleasure to visit it.

PUDO SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS
This company employs people who can't read the waybills. I have had packages sent to Durban from PE, and now from George to JHB. I will never trust them with another package again. I will go out of my way to make sure they lose business.

The Third Terrible Experience- NEVER TRUST THEM
TCG has lived up to my expectations of them by sending a package meant for Graaff-Reinet to Johannesburg. They obviously employ illiterates who cant read the waybills. I have learned my lesson and will never ever trust them with a package again. I will go out of my way to warn everyone of how dismal their service is. These people should not be in the courier business.

Never Trust PUDO- TCG has terrible service
Never ever trust TCG's PUDO Service. I have been waiting 5 days for a package to be sent from George to Graaff-Reinet (a distance of 400km). First they misrouted my package to Durban instead of PE. Now, 5 days later, I am told that I will only receive it on Tuesday next week even though it is in Cradock (one hour's drive away). This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from a courier company. I can only hope that they go out of business soon.

Clearly a scam
This company is very clearly a low-effort scam to steal money from government workers. Two Zimbabwean men from this company stayed at our guesthouse for a week and then left without paying. Do not trust these people, they will end up in court.

5 STARS TO BRUSHANE AND AHMED FROM HUGE CONNECT
I am a guesthouse owner and I often have to deal with unqualified and unmotivated service providers. This past weekend I experienced a problem with my credit card machine connection and this morning (Monday) I reported it to Huge Connect. I thought to myself I am in for another gruelling battle. Brushane (from Huge Connect) drove 251 km from Port Elizabeth to Graaff-Reinet to assist me with the machine. Brushane, with the help of Ahmed, got my machine up and running this evening. The two of them worked until after 20H00 and did not give up until my machine was working again. I give them 5 stars for excellent service. Thank you!
