Apparently, they have a selected client that they cater for and I don't fit into their standards....
We spoke to Brandon this morning. We had allot of questions that we threw at him to help us make our decision. He stayed patient, friendly and knew each and every answer. It was a pleasure to talk to someone as kind and knowledgeable as Brandon and it was handled like a typical call center/ sales call. No empty promises only great results and services given. Thank you Brandon for all your patience and knowledge. Rain this young man needs a promotion and a raise for sure. 10 stars to you
I have to be very frank and honest. Not only am I very disappointed in Bradlows with the last to days, but also they almost gave me huge trouble. Here's my story... I applied for the supposed R30 000 in store credit knowing that I urgently needed furniture having to move into my new place. I got the reply that I do qualify for it, and that a Sales Representative will call me the following day. So it's said so it happened. A Mr Jacobs from Bradlows Centurion Mall called me and told me I do qualify, and that I should come through to the shop, with all the documents that I will need. I went to the shop yesterday 27 September and he started doing all the work on his computer, which to my knowledge was done well as I thought the staff got sufficient training on SAP... Once done I picked the furniture that I would want in my new place, very excited to be ready to move on Saturday as I was promised all will be well. Once all was done Jacobs then informed me that I will need to pay a deposit of R2300 for the furniture which I was happy with as I knew it meant new furniture for my new place. I left feeling secure and happy, only to be called an hour later by Jacobs saying the electronic signature and fingerprints wasn't clear and the Tech team came and fix it, and I must please come through again the same day to get it redone. I informed Jacobs that I will be in today to fix the problem. Got to the shop today and to my knowledge just had to fix the signature and fingerprints. Again a second credit application was done without my knowledge. Knowing that it brings your score down... Then I was suddenly informed that I will only qualify for R7000 and will need to pay R16000 as deposit, I declined as I am moving and it's a huge expense to move. The teamleader/manager took over from Jacobs to assist. It turns out Jacobs captured wrong information as my salary and allot of different things. After 3 credit approval submissions again without my knowledge I was declined. Knowing my credit score took a knock and that I'm now in serious trouble, I went to House and Home and was helped with same furniture but way more affordable prices. Thanks Bradlows Centurion Mall you showed me how exactly a customer must not be helped. You sure as hell won't see me again
Never have I ever had a more poor and unprofessional experience grom any company like I had from this company and the owner of the company. Last week I set up an appointment to see the company owner. We ha e been corresponding via whatsapp. After numerous whatsapp messages which he just ignored, I called him on Monday to confirm our appointment for Tuesday morning at 8:30, and he agreed to see me at his office at the agreed time. I arrived at the office at 8:10 as I make an effort to be on time and be dressed professionally to see a professional business owner. By 8:30 the receptionist contacted the business owner and informed him that I have arrived and is waiting for him as agreed. The owner then said the appointment was only for 9:30, and that I will have to wait. I did not have a problem with that and I was more than happy to wait for him. The business owner arrived, as I went outside while I was waiting and noticed his car in the parking, reason I knew it was his car was the personalized number plate. By 9:30 no attempt was made to call me for the meeting and I was put into a training room to wait. Time went on and sadly no one made any attempt to let me know what is the next course of action. By 10:30 I decided that I have waited long enough and walked up to reception and told her that I will be leaving. To my dismay the receptionist had forgotten about me even being there, thus have the business owner also not even bothered to come and see me. This is a company that "prides" themselves to assist people to trade on the stock exchange and I can say with all honesty if you do not buy/sell in time in the markets, then you will loose money. If the business owner and his workers can not be bothered about being professional and on time to meet a person, HOW AND WHY can u trust them with your hard earned money. People think twice to work with this company and first do your homework very well. Heaven knows there is ALLOT of scams out there
I worked for Diversit-e Smart Trade College since Jan 2020. Part of the employee privledges was a provident fund opened by a friend of the company director. I did not have an ID as my wallet was stolen. They still continued to add me to the provident fund. I terminated my service with Diversit-e Smart Trade College this year in Feb. I send a message to the company Director yesterday saying that seeing as they keep taking the money for the provident fund wvery month, I feel they can pay ot now. I still dont hace an ID due to lockdown hampering the delivery. In short my messages gets ignored. I have all my payslips showing where the subtracted the money every month. This is a company that work with clients money yet they dont hesitate to take from the poor to fund their own pockets
I worked for Diversit-e Smart Trade College from last year (aprox) January 2020. The company benifit we received was a provident fund from a friend of the director (company name witheld). I did not have an ID as my wallet got stolen, yet they still awarded me the provident fund without an ID. This year February I terminated my service with the company. I was confident that they will "honour" their word and pay out as promised.... However since yesterday I have enquired about my payout of my provident fund, as Im still awaiting my ID as lockdown restrictions is hampering the delivery of my ID. I send messages to the director saying that they knew very well that I did not have an ID and they processed the provident fund without my ID. I paid for the providend fund every month, where they happily took the funds. My messages gets ignored. I have copies of all my payslips where the provident fund was taken every month. The company did not adhere to the fica law when applying for my provident fund (Copy of ID and Proof of residence). Since they knew I did not have an ID when awarding the provident fund, the question needs to be asked, where did the money go??? I said in the message that I believe it only fair should they not be able to process the "provident fund" then they will have to refund the monies paid.... Yet I get ignored.
