Delayed credit bureau- Slow to update good records

This credit bureau is a delayed company. Two of my paid up documents were sent to them and they only updated one of them. And that too it was updated incorrectly.

Its updated as account is closed but still showing the account has an owing balance yet I settled the creditor.

You guys are delayed and showing incorrect details on my bureau.

Please fix this!
