I called in on Saturday 14th March 2026 to apply for a credit card. I was pre approved pending a full application then declined there after. The agent Dory told me to send an email to sales applications and she will call me on Monday (Today 16th March 2026) to put through a manual review/ application which i agreed to. She said she will pull up a credit profile of mine, then call me to submit a manual review. I have waiting the entire day and no call has been received from this agent. I currently have the call recorded and it's so disgusting for such a reputable bank to have such poor service. Unprofessional and ***********. I have emailed my documents and didn't even get an email or automatic reply.
I've called in to get a quote with you guys for medical aid. I've spoken to a guy by the name of Sam from the sales department. Sam has given me a terrible attitude and then when he found out he is incapable of assisting me, he muted the call and sent me straight to client services. When the agent from client services answered the call they said that the sales agent which is Sam didn't leave his trail of identification. Lucky for me I had the call recorded as well and I can make it available to Discovery's request. This is unprofessional and rude. Discovery is this how you train your employees?
Cell c never fails to attempt to rob me. I've written so many complaints about them that it seems like this is like a monthly story. I have call recordings with an agent from cellc confirming that she has changed my debit order details and I even have an active mandate on my new bank account. Today they attempted to debit my old bank account leaving that account in minus figures as I didn't put any funds there for any debit order. I will not pay your R75- R80 kickback fees Cellc. If you guys do decide to charge me that on my account I will contact my lawyers to SUE cellc as I have verbal/ voice recordings stating the account and accepted mandate that should be debited from. This totally against the law to go against the customers will and do the wrong and make free money from us! I want this resolved by no later than 26th February 2026. Failure to do so will result in me contacting my lawyers and putting a formal complaint through to the ombudsman.
Cell C has done another unlaw credit enquiry on my name! What is going on????
Bonitas cannot be serious about customer experience with what they are doing to their members. I have tried to do my wellness screening via the app to access my benefit booster. Then they say I must go to clicks and do it. I tried at clicks cornubia and the nurse there is rude and reluctant at doing her work. We do not have chronic illnesses but have to go through long steps just to receive our booster benefit. My biggest mistake was joining bonitas.
I am confused why is cell c saying I owe them R286 for a contract that i have with them which initially started at R197pm and moved to R217pm. Now I see on my app that I owe R286. What is going on Cell C? You guys trying to make extra money overnight? My account is up to date and now I see this? I want answers now else cancel my contract !
Hollard has removed my compliant off of hellopeter.com yet it's the company they are working with that's being unprofessional. Bongani- claims handler from everything.insure affiliate with Hollard Insurance has made things personal and is now stalling my claim. Speaking about turnaround times when everything is complete. Should I get my attorneys involved against everything.insure and hollard Insurance?

Cell C, what is going on? Why are you guys doing ******* checks for contracts on my name??? If these inquiries are not removed from my name I will open a ***** case against cell c and whoever is committing this *****! I have not asked cell c to do any checks after February this year! I'm giving you guys till 2nd December 2025 to rectify this as my score is still being affected and is not improving because of this!
