XEROX EAST LONDON

Phoned Xerox East London for Service for a Business account on the 21 Nov 2023 Tuesday, they pushed it as urgent. They never came. Phoned on 22 Nov 2023, Wednesday. No they will come and they never pitched. Phoned today Thursday 23 November 2023. No they will come today, 3hours later , phone rings a while before the answered. phoned again and this time they say they will come, but can not give me a when.

Everything is on hold coz we can not print stuff, It is a business and Xerox could care less about there customer if they take more than 3days on something they classify as urgent.
