X-Plorer exceptional

I was on the hunt for what I thought was an extinct item. A spare ****l for a reel that has been discontinued for well over decade. So i got hold Jono from XPlorer and he said "Hell no, don't be so negative. I'll have a look in the warehouse". Well, low and behold Jono got back to me with great news, he had located the item I am looking for, and for peanuts. The courier cost was more than the ****l LOL. Then they went further and gave me a surprise gift, and the cherry on top! the courier drop of the parcel before my payment even cleared.

I'd give more stars if I could. I've been using the XPlorer brand since there inception without ever having a hassle with the products and always the greatest service.
