I was on the hunt for what I thought was an extinct item. A spare ****l for a reel that has been discontinued for well over decade. So i got hold Jono from XPlorer and he said "Hell no, don't be so negative. I'll have a look in the warehouse". Well, low and behold Jono got back to me with great news, he had located the item I am looking for, and for peanuts. The courier cost was more than the ****l LOL. Then they went further and gave me a surprise gift, and the cherry on top! the courier drop of the parcel before my payment even cleared. I'd give more stars if I could. I've been using the XPlorer brand since there inception without ever having a hassle with the products and always the greatest service. Thanks team
I purchased 3 garage doors from ER57 and had them installed on 27 November 2024. However due to insufficient communication it turned out that my motors were incompatible with the new doors. But!... Thank you Vicky, who sprang into action sourcing, ordering, supplying and installing new motors in record time. I have been dealing with Vicky at ER57 for a decade now and to date they have outperformed even my most skeptical expectations. From sales to back of house truly outstanding. Thank you ER57
I Bought the WP39 rugged smart phone in August 2024. I have waited till now to write this review in order to properly access the phone. Firstly, the phone is brilliant. The performance of the phone outstripped my expectations by miles. The large battery, storage space and RAM plus the ruggedness makes the phone ideal for my purpose. And I can attest the I fell in a dam with the phone in my pocket with no ill effects at all. Secondly, Elfa, thank you for your excellent service and help. Truly amazing effort from you.
It is now going on a year since I lodged a complaint at the department of labour regarding an sketchy electricians company that did work at my house. I have sent numerous emails and even managed to get get hold of the head on the phone - once. since then and up and till now all my calls have been blocked and ignored, my emails have gone unanswered. They have no intention of looking after the interests and well being of the consumer. Thank you Madumetja and Lesibe for your absolute pathetic service
Chavda represents the the highest level of customer service that I have ever experienced. From order to delivery they kept me informed and went above expectations including that half of my order came from Cape Town to JHB it took only three days to reach me.
We had work done by Garfield electrical and satellite in April/May 2023. First, I will say that the work done, was generally acceptable. However, on 5 May 2023 Mr. Garth L Smith sent through an invoice before all of the work was completed as per the quotation and demanded full payment prior to all the work being completed and issuing the COC. We paid for the work that was completed including the cost of the COC and attempted to communicate that the work was incomplete and that we will pay the remainder of the invoice value as soon as the remainder of the work was completed. Mr. Garth L Smith was unwilling and uninterested in our attempts to communicate this and also refused to issue the COC as legally required. It came to light later on that they had made an ******* connection with the geyer which I also spoke to him about. And now I am fairly convinced that he was aware of this ******* connection and that this is the real reason he has been refusing to issue a COC for the work done. Garfield Electrical refused to refund the monies paid specifically for the COC. I attempted to get the issues resolved with Mr. Garth L Smith and he “agreed” to sit down with me to compare documents and notes only to ignore me afterwards. So after several attempts to get this matter sorted out between us and suspecting that he had no interest in resolving this matter I sent Mr. Garth L Smith a message inviting him for a last time to sit with me in order to resolve this matter and stating that I would be logging a complaint with the Department of Labour should he fail to come to the party. Mr. Garth L Smith responded by threating, attempting to intimidate me and projecting his own actions onto me and my mother. I have subsequently logged a complaint with the Department of Labour and the matter in now in process.
Do not under any circumstance use Roodepoort Mini Movers. You will regret it. The amount of damage and breakage that I have to repair and replace exceeds the cost of the move by 18 fold. Most expensive move of my life They do not care about your belongings. It is simply packed in order to get as much as possible in with no regard for the safety of your belongings. I would have been better off using Stuttaford Van Lines at five times the price. Do not use Mini Movers. And I advise that you spread the word amongst family and friends to stay away from Roodepoort Mini Movers. I can guarantee that you will regret it.
Wow, I was expecting the change of ownership and updated certificate process to take at least 2-3 days. Nope, all in all from initial phone call to get information to receiving the updated certificate took about 3 hours. Thank you Kovilan and Rebee. Service beyond compare
