Started off well with the friendly and efficient sales staff (only eyebrow raising moment was when I was asked to make a commitment to purchase when I asked if I could drive the vehicle on the freeway...really...?) and I was actually very impressed with the whole deal up until 6 weeks after my purchase. I had bought a Jeep Wrangler with a hard and soft top but when I removed the hard top and put up the soft top I realized that the rear and side windows were missing. I contacted the salesman more than 3 weeks ago and that is when the ducking and diving started. There was no communication other than from myself chasing them for an answer. No one from management contacted me to acknowledge the issue and let me know how it would be resolved. Continual promises to get back to you which do not materialize. I eventually purchased a set at my own expense as I realized that there is absolutely no intention from this company to even acknowledge a problem let alone try and rectify it. Weak management who hide behind salesman and duck any responsibility. A company that supports its customers after the purchase demonstrates that it values them, not just their money. Not so sure this applies to Xquisite Auto. Next step is a complaint to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of SA.
