I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company. In November 2024 the company came out to replace my garage door springs. On the day of fitment, it was discovered that the garager door springs werent strong enough to hold the door up in position. I had called the company and was advised that the reason for this was that the springs needed to settle. More than a month later, the springs have not settled. On the few occasions that i have been able to get ahold of a lady by the name of Mellisa or Tanya, they advised me that someone will come out on that day or the next. No one has come out since. Additionally, they dont respond to mails or calls anymore. I have sent through a letter of demand, which appears to be ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone
