Yale Smart Alarm totally unreliable

Works OK when new, but fails when batteries died. First happened to external detectors. Once received change battery alarm could not clear this even after changing batteries several times. Then internal movement pvr camera same again. Now external siren too two attempts to clear battery alarm, now have a tamper alert that will not clear. Even when bypass unit on app the siren activates! Will now have to replace whole internal alarm system, just as I dod with the external system last year
