Yale Smart Alarm totally unreliable
Works OK when new, but fails when batteries died. First happened to external detectors. Once received change battery alarm could not clear this even after changing batteries several times. Then internal movement pvr camera same again. Now external siren too two attempts to clear battery alarm, now have a tamper alert that will not clear. Even when bypass unit on app the siren activates! Will now have to replace whole internal alarm system, just as I dod with the external system last year

Cannot access CCTV cameras away from home
I have a Yale Smart Home CCTV Kit XL (SV-8C-4ABFX) which is ONLY good for home viewing; I can never view any of the camera feeds when I am away from home (and it is directly connected to a 100Mb fibre internet line). I have complained several times to Yale Sa, and was told to reset the DVR internally, plus delete the system from the Yale App and reload again. However, nothing works! I would never recommend anyone buying this system

I have been purchasing Yale Locks and other security related items from their store for over a month now and have not been disappointed with their products. Poor Customer Service Yale Shop - NO RESPONSE
A week ago i enquired re a product via your website shop online. as at todays date i have had no response. This is poor & useless customer service. Employ people that want to work. Consider replying to website enquiries.

Damaged Watch
<p>We took a Michelle Herbelin watch fir a new battery. They opened the watch and damaged the coil. They deny all responsability after they gave the watch back and said it is not working. The watch was never opened since we bought the watch. They were the first ever people to open the watch. The owner(?) was very agressive and arrogant.</p>

Fantastic and Friendly Service from Yale RSA
<p>I recently phoned Yale RSA to try and get a replacement for a stand alone alarm systems we had purchased a few years ago from Builders Warehouse. Builders, unfortunately, do not keep stock of the spare remotes. I called Yale RSA and had the pleasure of being served by Maxine Gous who searched through their catalog and sent me a picture of the exact remote I was looking for. Maxine ordered the replacement from their stores and withing a week had the remote delivered to their branch for me to collect. My experience in dealing with Yale was fantastic, to say the least. Maxine was most friendly and attentive in dealing with my query. Thank you Yale RSA for outstanding service to your customers and thank you for the swift and efficient service Maxine.</p>
