Overcharging for a case of 24 Savanna ciders
Woolworths charge the full 6 pack price for Savanna 0.0 even when you buy 4 x 6 packs. The resultant charge is R499.99 when TOPS charge R439.99 for a 24 bottle case

Inadequate fixing method on Atlantica Toilet Seat
Bought an Atlantica replacement toilet seat from Brights, original supplier was LKs. Fastening wingnuts are plastic with an internal plastic thread. As the seat kept moving, I had to try and tighten the wingnut several times resulting in the plastic thread stripping

Inadequate stock holding
Builders sell Vega white plastic skirting boards but they do not sell end caps to insert at the end. This is poor customer service as I now have to try and fill the gap behind the boards where they end such as at a step down

No power leads with 15-amp plugs fitted
I bought a Sony S40R 5.1 channel sound bar from Game, but when I opened the box, there were two power leads with UK 13-Amp plugs; plus, two power leads with 2 pin plugs. Having spent R4300 I expect to see proper SA 15-amp plugs supp**** with this item.

Useless customer services
In Feb 2024 I bought two cans of doom through Woolworths Dash and found that one dod not work. I complained to Pioneer Foods customer service and had to send purchase details, photographs etc. It took several e-mails and telephone calls to get a response that they had sent me a voucher. However, they used the wrong phone number to send the voucher. I gave the correct phone number and was promised a voucher the same day. Well, never happened! So they obviously either forgot or sent it to the wrong number again

Excellent professional company
My first installation was 2.5 years ago, and went quickly with no problems. Since then I have upgraded my system twice, both done in the same professional manner. This year I started with an annual maintenance check and panel clean. Everyone that I have dealt with has been very friendly and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone.

Yale Smart Alarm totally unreliable
Works OK when new, but fails when batteries died. First happened to external detectors. Once received change battery alarm could not clear this even after changing batteries several times. Then internal movement pvr camera same again. Now external siren too two attempts to clear battery alarm, now have a tamper alert that will not clear. Even when bypass unit on app the siren activates! Will now have to replace whole internal alarm system, just as I dod with the external system last year
