BluBird yamada branch

We went there today, 10 October 2021 at around 12pm, given menu's and having to wait for the waitress to serve us. We proceeded to order the buffet special. We had a few plates of sushi when while eating we discovered a hair in the vegetarian California rolls. I proceeded to take the plate as is to the manager who looked at me with a smug face ad started laughing. He then took the plate to the sushi counter and had a good laugh with one of the sushi chefs before looking at me and saying "We don't have hair like this here." He laughed again before I asked him why he thought we would put our own hair in the sushi then rolling his eyes and walking away. I have never in my life experienced such awful management in a restaurant. I have been a restaurant manager and this was such a joke to witness. Not only is the management awful but the lack thereof means the service is atrocious as well. We wanted to have such a good experience with good food and we were just met with awful service and nothing done about the complaint we tried to make.

Utterly disappointed and will never be returning again.
