Have poor client service. I paid into their FNB account and submitted my proof of payment to Belinda and their accouns department and they have not credited money into my Yaxxa account . They tell me all the staff is in a meeting at 11:00 which are working times? So now is there to reconcile our payments and credit our accounts accordingly?
I have lost a client as a result. Their customer service is really pathetic and unacceptable
