Don't buy a franchise from Credit Rescue. Bunch of ****s all after & don't care about their franchisees. They promisee me in their franchise agreement that : 1. I will get a free Installation for my VoIP phones, which I never did , I had to struggle to install myself 2. I will get warm leads - which are all lies as I have to source them myself at a cost 3. I submitted clients and haven't received commission for them and you always have to follow up to get your commission, which consequently costs you time and money 4. There's no support for the franchise, it's always about them making money They also have breached their own franchise agreement
Have poor client service. I paid into their FNB account and submitted my proof of payment to Belinda and their accouns department and they have not credited money into my Yaxxa account . They tell me all the staff is in a meeting at 11:00 which are working times? So now is there to reconcile our payments and credit our accounts accordingly? I have lost a client as a result. Their customer service is really pathetic and unacceptable
I had a bad customer service with Ackermans Kwagga Mall. I bought a tablet last week and they did not disclose that tablet has a 3G capability ,as I want a 4G tablet and refused to exchange despite it giving me other problems, which is against the Consumer Protection Act
Bad company to work for with harassing managers and a compaby that that hides *********ness abd abuse by its managers. I worked for Old Mutual Kwaggafontein ( as a FinancialConsultant) and their branch manager, Muhle Skosana harassed which I reported to Human Capital and their branch Manager continued to do so. I reported the matter in February and she continued to create an unpleasant working environment and Old Mutual failed to place me in an alternative branch and it affected me emotionallly and she said hurtful words. I even resigned and they failed to pay my monies which i worked for until the 04th of May 2023 . Although I worked until this date( 04 May 2023) ( refer to the attendance registers ) , they say they offboarded me on the 28th of April although I worked until the 04May 2023. According to the labour department, they said this is ********. They further deduct money of non-statutory and unauthorized deductions. I have referred this matter to the EFF labour desk , CCMA and the South African Human Rights Commission. Anyone who wants to work for Old Mutual as a Financial Consultant, be careful of this *****y company that ill-treats its workers and cheats them out of their hard earned money
I paid all outstanding amounts for my Rain unlimited internet ( including arrears early this year in which I paid double , around R998) and when I pay for end May 2023 they say , I must pay an extra R499, for what because arrears have been paid . Is this how RAIN *****s and enriches itself from people's hard earned money? People please stay away from RAIN !
Pathetic service and endless delays with no prior communication. They take their customers for fools. I booked for a flight to Durban from OR Tambo at 18:45 and it's forever been postponed. They refuse refunds. What a scam of an airline 😡
I am Boikanyo with cellphone number 0725451607 with credit card account payment reference : 5898460932729544 for your reference. I settled my Nedbank Credit Card in full and now Nedbank Recoveries is taking me from pillar to post when I request a paid up letter. They asked me to sent the proof of payment via their email address and I did and it does reflect in the account. I would recommend don't do business with this bank. They are a pain in the ****
Don't trust FNB with your money. I reversed a debit order that i have cancelled with Law For All, but now FNB refuses to return it, which is tantamount to thievery.
Return my money you debited to my account unauthorisedly and i have cancelled inexistent services with you. You took money on my account on the date that i never agreed on ( 06 th May 2022) for inexistent services. Every time I claim I told all sorts of excuses. Please reverse my money and cancel my contract!!!
Dear Sir/ Madam I bought a Defy Solo Microwave ( DMO381) on 28 February 2022 at Game Stores in Wonderpark and it keeps having hazardous minor faults .I asked for a technician through their email address provided in their manual but it keeps bouncing , I phoned and forever held their customer service phone number and even contacted them on Facebook messenger and no response. This company does not care about its customers
