YE Attorneys collecting on closed account

I had issues with ABSA about a card I never received so I was never able to use the account then they handed me over to these attorneys I then made payments however I raised a query with the banking ombudsman because ABSA never contractually provided me with a service as I was never presented with a card to transact with then absa sent me an email saying that they have now closed that account however these people from YE Attorneys are pestering me daily after I sent them the correspondence from absa bank to date they send me sms and emails and call me every 5 minutes during the day I called them and told them that the account is closed they refused to acknowledge this and have since continued bothering me I will report them to the legal practice council if they bill me and will lodge a complaint against them with the council of debt collectors cause they are calling me for a debt which never existed and an account is closed
