I paid Vuma Tel home connect money in March of this year and then when they sent someone out to my property they indicated I needed to pay R750 for the line which I indicated I didn't have money for then I never used the services till this day I never heard anything from them and I keep sending them a WhatsApp I get a automated response then I called in and I dealt with a angeline who assured me that I would get my money refunded I sent her all the proof and shame she called back and requested that I WhatsApp my bank details which I did she than said that they would process the refund last week Thursday cause they so refunds on Thursdays but what bugs me is that I received nothing from Vuma or home connect till this day and it's alot of money R498 is not nothing maybe to them it is but they make so much money why not give me my money back cause it is not rocket science someone paid you and never used your services just pay the money back that's it I want my money back it takes a simple bookkeeper or an accounts person to process a payment and I don't think it's an issue of not having money to pay me back I want my money it's heading for end of July already
Every month I must contact Dstv about my account after I told them we get paid on the last day of every month yet they turn my viewing off the same day I also have countless issues with my router I paid yesterday today I have no data loaded yet it's the first the customer service agent tells me that they can't see my payment yet its reflecting on the app my side so I don't know which system they check its quite bizarre I am sick and tired of multichoice then they wonder why people are moving away from them they continue to provide poor service

SO MTN WROTE OFF AN ACCOUNT 2 YEARS AGO THEN I HEAR NOTHING ABOUT IT TILL TODAY WHEN NIMBLE GROUP CALLS ME I WILL NOT PAY AND I HAVE REFERRED THE MATTER TO THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR BECAUSE THE MONEY THEY CLAIMING WAS PAID TO MTN WHO WAS NEVER ABLE TO FURNISH ME WITH A STATEMENT
horrible bladdy service, I CANCELLED the service in March and told them to collect the hardware which I UNPLUGGED and put back in its box told them to collect there thing and we will pay for what we owed up until end March 2024 because I had a dispute with certain payments not being picked up till this date hour these people have not collected and when I check they billed us for APRIL I HAVE PROOF WE CHANGED TO dstv and have been using it since we told them to cancel so we did not use there device at all if RAIN bills me for end May and we have not used that service I will take this to an attorney to deal with as I have also now referred to the Consumer Protector cause this is ridiculous this is a month to month account and I told them to cancel it by virtue of there entire account system or operation it should have been cancelled and I would not have been billed but I see they billed us for April which I am angry for cause we never used it there accounts and call center is *********** cause the agents talk to one another about there lunch instead of helping.
I have had the alarm system for a few months now but my problem is my keypad keeps giving me problems its been now over two months that I cannot arm or disarm my keypad and Fidelity ADT has on numerous occasions advised that they would come out / send a technician out but this has not happened I called and the person I spoke to said the call out was canceled I am displeased with the customer service as I now have to pay again this month but the product and service I pay for is not performing its due purpose I feel like cancelling and moving to another company

I bought a dinning room set from OK Furniture in December 2023 when they delivered I needed to self assemble the set however when we took the stuff out of the boxes they were scratched and the table had a dent in and the chairs sides which was already pre structured is now coming loose at the bottom I then reported the issue to OK Furniture when I started noticing this and the set is just flimsy the table wobbles the back rest keeps popping out and the table looks old and that's not OK Furniture's fault the supplier who is the abovementioned company did not supply quality goods and now I cant return it cause they are saying that Etvaal is saying they and me are lying and why report late it doesn't matter the goods should not be in this conditions two months into having it
I contacted rain in December or Jan of this year to advise them that my account due date is wrong and the sim cards I got is not picking up network and even the router has dips she called me back and told me to move the router I did that she said she would sms me the aps settings never happened I managed to Google how to do it now I can send smss but not call those Sims also I don't know what the hell she did to my acc cos it never asked for payment on the 15th Jan I then went to pay in last week I paid R270 or something and because my acc should be due today I wanted to pay the balance to my surprise my acc due Date is changed back to the 15th with my balance due being R834 now I don't know what the hell is happening I am sick and tired of this it's on my husband's name but I pay it and I have had enough I want wifi that I pay at the end of the month.when I get paid cos even when I call them no one answers then they try calling me during my working hours I have had enough shame I wonder where I must get a whole extra R500 something now on the 15th when I get paid end of the month
