Refund

I placed an order and received an outfit that does not fit me. I returned it and I am waiting on a refund. It's been two months and their customer service team seems not to know what they are doing. I have called and no one seems interested in assisting their clients. There are no managers on the floor when you try to escalate. Julian is a lying agent as well.

I need my refund processed ASAP.
