I placed an order and received an outfit that does not fit me. I returned it and I am waiting on a refund. It's been two months and their customer service team seems not to know what they are doing. I have called and no one seems interested in assisting their clients. There are no managers on the floor when you try to escalate. Julian is a lying agent as well. I need my refund processed ASAP.
Your rep, Connie Baloyi is refusing to help me. I have paid money for a part and the wrong one was delivered. I reach out to her kindly and she has an attitude and keeps saying she will respond to my email. I am without a car and I have PAID. She either needs to refund me and collect the wrong parts ( at her expense ) or collect the sample I have, and the wrong clutch kit delivered, and replace it with the right clutch kit. I need this done before the weekends comes. Her service is really bothersome and Hyundai should not keep people who don't want to assist customers around
Bad service and no response to my endless emails I’ve been paying insurance on the monthly basis instalments but now that I’ve lost my job and I want to claim, I am getting no response. I am being harassed with phone calls everyday by people wanting their money but they are not responding to my emails. It’s been two months of silence.
