We had one of the worst service experiences ever. We paid our deposit on time, and before the work was even completed, we were pushed to make full payment. Because the provider seemed trustworthy at first, we paid in good faith — and that was a huge mistake.
Almost a year later, the tables are still not fixed, the snags have not been completed, and we still haven’t received the pillows for the chairs as promised. He does not answer calls and barely responds on WhatsApp. Every attempt to get the work finished has been ignored.
All we want is for the job we paid for to be completed. After this experience, we will never use Yelo Button again. Absolutely unacceptable service.
