We had one of the worst service experiences ever. We paid our deposit on time, and before the work was even completed, we were pushed to make full payment. Because the provider seemed trustworthy at first, we paid in good faith — and that was a huge mistake. Almost a year later, the tables are still not fixed, the snags have not been completed, and we still haven’t received the pillows for the chairs as promised. He does not answer calls and barely responds on WhatsApp. Every attempt to get the work finished has been ignored. All we want is for the job we paid for to be completed. After this experience, we will never use Yelo Button again. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Absolutely shocked. We used Ryno to cover our couches a few years ago. The material started flaking. We contacted him and asked if he can possibly assist to cover the same couches. He covered the couches with real leather this time (so he said). Costing us R30k. Ryno compromised the situation by offering us free feather cushion inners, which we thought was extremely thoughtful as we had just had a massive unnecessary expense due to the bad quality material used before. He even invited me to his workshop to choose the material. From January this year I've been battling to get feedback from Ryno. He did indeed reply once only with an apsurd amount for labour and material with the amount of R10k to cover 13 scatter cushions. On Monday, 31 July 2023, I sent Ryno a photo of one of our newly covered couches (completed in December 2022) that started to tear on the side and asked him if he has any type of warranty on his workmanship. I still haven't received any response on either situations. Absolutely shocked to say the least. Ryno had no issue communicating with us when he collected the R30k. He is now no where to be found to man up on his empty promises or fix his poor workmanship. I will never make use of his services ever again and will never suggest him to anyone either.

Did my couches, paid in full with hard earned money. Covid happened and some repairs on my couches. Today, I am still struggling to get Ryno out again for repair done Dec 2021. Beyond pathetic service and most definitely not recommended!!
