Poor quality schoolbags. Did not even last one school term. Very disappointing.

I bought a school bag for my Grade 3 daughter in December for the new school year. Unfortunately, it did not even last the first term. The straps at the back have already broken off, and now the zip is also coming apart. She can no longer put it on her back she can only use the wheels

This is very disappointing, especially considering it was meant to last at least the school year. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
