I bought a school bag for my Grade 3 daughter in December for the new school year. Unfortunately, it did not even last the first term. The straps at the back have already broken off, and now the zip is also coming apart. She can no longer put it on her back she can only use the wheels This is very disappointing, especially considering it was meant to last at least the school year. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Very disappointed with the service at the Takealot Pick up point in Secunda. There was absolutely no assistance at the front desk, and we stood waiting for more than 15 minutes with no one available to help. When we eventually asked for assistance, the staff member had a very poor attitude and was quite rude. Customer service should be a priority, especially at a collection point where clients expect quick and efficient help. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
Very disappointed with MTN’s service. I cancelled my MTN account in 2025, yet I am still being charged every month. Despite trying to resolve the issue, the account was even handed over to attorneys. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not be billed for a service that was properly cancelled.
