I'm a very unhappy customer I've waited more than 5 working days to recieve my refund from debonairs kagiso shopping centre they told me they sent me an email to go through yumbi I did that on Thursday I provided everything to them I even explained the story that occurred between me and debonairs kagiso in terms of my refund. The employee from debonairs told me the reason why he referred me to yumbi is because the money already left the store yumbi is the one that deals with such. I want my money back immediately imagine I've been waiting from the 24th of may 2025 till now to recieve my money that's over t 10 working days. Today is the 7th june and the yumbi email I got it on Thursday the 5th of june. I no longer have patience I just want my money I did everything as requested I can't wait any longer

Debonairs Pizza Turfloop University Road and Yumbi don't wanna refund my money. I ordered a pizza online and they deducted the money twice and I only received a single order. I've been going to the restaurant and they're giving me run arounds telling to go to my bank and call Yumbi and still nothing. It's been more than three weeks now. Even the teller at the bank told me that I'm not the first person to complain, to my surprise I see a lot of clients are complaining about the two establishments here on hellopeter.com. I need my money

Debonairs Pizza Turfloop University Road and Yumbi don't wanna refund my money. I ordered a pizza online and they deducted the money twice and I only received a single order. I've been going to the restaurant and they're giving me run arounds telling to go to my bank and call Yumbi and still nothing. It's been more than three weeks now. Even the teller at the bank told me that I'm not the first person to complain, to my surprise I see a lot of clients are complaining about the two establishments here on hellopeter.com. We have been waiting for a refund on an online order that failed since 5 July and it's already 21 July and no feedback, no attempts to contact us, no customer service at all! Debonairs says it's Yumbi, Yumbi won't help either. Absolutely pathetic service. I would not trust you with my customers, ever.

Pathetic service from Yumbi and Pedro's They are quite happy to take your money cancel your order and expect you to wait 5days for a refund, yet they were quite content to take my money immediately when placing my order. DEBONAIRS AND YUMBI STOLE MY MONEY A WHOLE R169.90. LAST FRIDAY EVENING I ORDER A PIZZA(TRIPPLE DECKER WITH CHEESE GRILLERS) AT DEBONAIRS ONLINE SINCE THE APP GAVE ME TIME OUT 3 TIMES AND I COULDN'T GET THROUGH. SO WHEN ONLINE AND I DID PLACE AN ORDER AND THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH VIA EFT AND THEN AFTER THAT WHEN IT REDIRECTED THE ORDER I GOT A ERROR ON THE SCREEN SAID SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I LOGGED IN AGAIN AND THE ORDER WAS NOT THERE, THE I GOT AN SMS SAYING THAT YOUR CARD PAYMENT OF R169.90 HAS BEEN, MIND YOU WE ARE HUNGRY I TO FEED MY CHILDREN AND I PROMISED THEM PIZZA WHEN I GET PAID IM TOLD THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY AFTER 7 DAYS COS 5 WORKING DAYS ITS 7 DAYS IF THERES A WEEKEND IN BETWEEN. It has now been a week and I receive no feedback unless I phone customer care, nether the store nor the franchise owner answers their phones, and I have received no refund. Last week, Friday 24 Jan 2020 at 18H54 I placed an order with Debonairs Boksburg CBD and paid online. The app was not working so 40 minutes later I phoned and was told that my order has just left the store and I should be receiving it in 10-15 minutes. At 20h00 we had still not received anything, we tried contacting the store but there was no answer. 3 of us phoned, every 2-3 minutes for half an hour, no one answered. I then contacted customer care who said that they also could not get hold of the store. My husband then left at 20h45 to go buy food elsewhere. At 20h51 the driver showed up and said the store is closed. What he showed up with was cold pizzas (the dot was black), one was overcooked and dried out, the other one was dried out and looked like someone had already taken a chunk out of it, and the last looked like someone either sat or jumped on the box (We took photos). Even the slip looked like someone vomited on it. On Saturday I got an SMS saying my case was resolved. No one had contacted me yet. I phoned customer care to again explain the whole story and told them that they are more than welcome to come and take their pizzas, but if they do not collect them by Sunday, I am throwing them away. Since then I have phoned daily, no one is willing to help me or refund me. When I spoke to the Junior manager on Wednesday I got told that the franchise owner has said that it is debonairs’ policy (that can’t be found anyone online btw) that if I don’t give then the pizzas, I don’t get a refund. I then explained that I said to her as well as 4 other customer care call centre employees that I would keep it until Sunday. I have a 3 year old and I am not keeping decaying food in my house until someone decides that they feel like coming to collect it. It is disgusting and a health risk. Oh and then I get told by said Junior Manager, that she will give me a pizza for free. It is not free if you are taking someone’s money and giving them something that is not even a quarter of what you took. That is THEFT.
