My father passed away last year 07/06/2020 and my step mom started the claim procedure in February were she was given a push around which resulted in her restarting the whole claim process in June but still there is no feedback. You guys are the most inconsiderate company you don't think of the people that you rendering the service to. If you would see the condition she is living under yet there is money that is due to her that you guys are holding. She has done everything that you guys asked for but still no response. Earlier this week I wrote to your complaints department you still ask for more documents that were included when she submitted the claim.
