Money deducted from my account for an order that never went through successfully and that was made to Debonairs Gezina. Its been more than a week of follow ups with no feedback. Please refund the money as per the Case CAS-2555725-J8Q1W0
Made a settlement payment on the 25th of April 2025 and payment was to be allocated within 10 working days and this is not the case as I am receiving endless calls daily to make payment. Please allocate the payment as I have sent the POP numerous times
Waiting for assistance for cancelation of my subscription due to no network, only a ticket has been open for the past 6 days and there is no form of assistance at all. Very frustrating to say the least.
