Refund merry-go-round
We have been waiting for a refund on an online order that failed since 5 July and it's already 21 July and no feedback, no attempts to contact us, no customer service at all!
Debonairs says it's Yumbi, Yumbi won't help either. Absolutely pathetic service. I would not trust you with my customers, ever.

Unfortunately as a software service provider to multiple restaurants we cannot control how disputes are handled at an individual store level. It's also important to mention that online payments and associated refunds are somewhat complicated by the delays introduced by the banks, payment switching providers and 3rd party payment systems. We would suggest this concern is escalated directly with the Brand or restaurant concerned so it can be responded to appropriately.
