We have been waiting for a refund on an online order that failed since 5 July and it's already 21 July and no feedback, no attempts to contact us, no customer service at all! Debonairs says it's Yumbi, Yumbi won't help either. Absolutely pathetic service. I would not trust you with my customers, ever.
We placed an order on the app on 5 July and in the app the order declined but the funds were taken from our bank account. We tried again, card declined and I was charged R5 and then we ordered for card on delivery. We immediately phoned the call centre to notify them that the funds were taken through the app. We were told to give it 48 hours incase it reversed, if not, we should go in store. This is where the worst experience of my life with an arrogant, unhelpful manager began. We provided screenshot of our banking app, bank statements and sms's of the payments, explained the situation 3 times, waited in the store for over and hour waiting for feedback on Friday night. We were promised a call from Vanessa at head office on Saturday morning, it's now Sunday and when we phoned the store again to speak to Godknows, if that's his name, who is the manager he now tells us it's not his fault and he can't do anything about it and has a horrible attitude to the point where we had to tell him to just do his job. He claims now we must wait 5 to 10 days still for feedback. What the hell is going on and when will we be refunded our money? We don't care for the money to be sent back but atleast give us what w paid for!! Debonairs Goodwood. Worst of the worst place.
