DEBONAIRS AND YUMBI STOLE MY MONEY A WHOLE R169.90. LAST FRIDAY EVENING I ORDER A PIZZA(TRIPPLE DECKER WITH CHEESE GRILLERS) AT DEBONAIRS ONLINE SINCE THE APP GAVE ME TIME OUT 3 TIMES AND I COULDN'T GET THROUGH. SO WHEN ONLINE AND I DID PLACE AN ORDER AND THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH VIA EFT AND THEN AFTER THAT WHEN IT REDIRECTED THE ORDER I GOT A ERROR ON THE SCREEN SAID SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I LOGGED IN AGAIN AND THE ORDER WAS NOT THERE, THE I GOT AN SMS SAYING THAT YOUR CARD PAYMENT OF R169.90 HAS BEEN, MIND YOU WE ARE HUNGRY I TO FEED MY CHILDREN AND I PROMISED THEM PIZZA WHEN I GET PAID IM TOLD THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY AFTER 7 DAYS COS 5 WORKING DAYS ITS 7 DAYS IF THERES A WEEKEND IN BETWEEN. I WENT TO THE STORE AND I SPOKE TO SHEBAH THE MANAGER WHO WAS NOT HELP TO ME WHO BLAMED YUMBI. WHO THE HELL IS YUMBI COS I ORDER ON THE NUMBER WEBPAGE. TODAY ITS TUESDAY IM HUNGRY I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP THE SERVICE I GOT FROM SUNNYSIDE WAS PATHETIC THAT LADY IT USELESS TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE SHE WAS ON A CELL PHONE WITH SOMEONE AND SHE NARRATED MY STORY TO THEM IN SHONA STILL NO HELP. I SPENT AN HOUR A WHO HOUR AND I TOOK TAXIFY TO GO TO SUNNYSIDE DEBONAIRS AND NO ONE WAS WILLING TO HELP ME BUT MY MONEY WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT. NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL WHO IS YUMBI WHY IS THE MANAGER(SHEBAH) TELLING ABOUT OTHER COMPANIES.
