I WAS HOSPITALIZED AT VISTA HOSPITAL FROM 27 APRIL 2024 FOR 29 DAYS. SOME MEDICATION CAUSED A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION, REQUIRING A GP AND FULL ALLERGY TESTS, WITH BLOODS SENT TO DR FAROOQ INC. (R4,592.40), WHICH STILL HASN’T BEEN PAID. MY PSYCHIATRIST DISCONTINUED DOPAQUEL, WHICH I HAD BEEN TAKING FOR YEARS AND WHICH MADE ME OBESE CLASS 3. HE RECOMMENDED A DIETICIAN (CONSULTED IN HOSPITAL, CLAIM DECLINED) AND PRESCRIBED OZEMPIC, WHICH I HAD TO PAY CASH BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY REFUSES. I ALSO HAVE A CHRONIC ILLNESS REQUIRING BLOOD TESTS EVERY SIX MONTHS UNDER PMB, YET VERMAAK HASN’T PAID SINCE 2022, CLAIMING “BENEFITS USED OUT.” PMBS ARE LEGALLY COVERED! YOUR HEARTLESS NEGLIGENCE IS CAUSING FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL STRESS—RESOLVE THESE CLAIMS IMMEDIATELY

I'm sick and tired of Iindiwe Malema from Legal department I registered a 3 party claim in March up until now its not settled and the 3rd party wants me to fix her before month end. I have been calling this lady with no luck I left countless message's since nobody cant get hold of her at outsurance.
I was called by Standard bank and they offered prestige account If I tell up I till now I dont have my actual card I only have a temporary account. I cant get hold of my banker I tried to make contacts so many time and at the call centre they tried it to contact him and no luck His name is Phillip Ramothwala and I want to move my salary to this account and cut off date its the 15th for change of banking details.

I’m writing this complaint with deep sadness and tears I called PHARMACY DIRECT, HALLO, MEDSHIELD AND MEDISCOR I was sent from pillar to post no help until I runout of airtime.. I'm HIV, Bipolar, BP and anxiety as I write this complain I don't have medication. A script was sent Pharmacy direct and according to Mediscor they sent and authorization number to Pharmacy direct. It was brought to my attention that Bipolar medication Epitec/Dyna Lamotrigine of which I have been taking since I joined Medshield 01/01/2016 it’s not authorized if goes off from day to day. And I'm owing PHARMACY DIRECT R400 and something do to benefits depleted. However the very PHARMACY DIRECT sent me Dopaquel, they also claim for Dyna Lamotrigine on the same day 09/04/2024 however only one medication was received i.e Dopaquel how the HELL do you send antipsychotic without antileptic?? I advised the Budep XR needs co-payment and I told them its fine they can leave it sadly they keep on claiming for it, yesterday 06/05/2024 I got an alert that they tried to claim it and Dopaquel and Lamotrigine/Epitec was not claimed. I also pick up that my psychotherapy with Dr Pillay(Psychiatrist) and Medicane(Psychologist) went off from my day to day. Why am I on chronic but Benefits still goes off day to day. I did my HIV blood test that we take every 6 months and they also went off from my day to day . Another script was sent 2 weeks ago for ERESTZ Antiretrovirals, BP, Yasmin plus currently have no medication and it doesn’t look like I’m going to medication anytime soon yet Medshield got their premiums on the 25/04/2024. TODAY ITS DAY 14 WITHOUT ARVS The below listed medication went off successfully 18/02/2024 all of a sudden is no longer authorised. I bought 10 dunked wings and streetwise 2 at KFC Eastlynne at the drive through, the guy informed me that the chicken will be ready after 10 minutes and we wait at the parking and they will bring our order. Well theres other customers and no one came to give us our food we had to go and fetch it ourselves. When I got home I discovered that the street wise 2 was under cooked badly coated I had to throw away 2 big pieces my money down the ******* been. Chicken is dangerous when its not cooked I exposed myself to salmonella by taking a bite of that chicken. I think I should stop buying KFC because the standard has dropped drastically and I had previous bad encounter with other KFC before.
STANADARD BANK VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE: I missed my payments my car was involved in an accident and I needed money for excess and I was ****med. I was advised to apply for extension on my term loan pf which i did. The lady who was assisting me it was NOMZAMO MSIBI A recovering agent from lwmdebtrecovery.co.za. I got a confirmation letter from wfres@standardbank.co.za acknowledging receipt of my documents with ref no: 77987 and they said they will respond in due course and I must not reply to that email. Shortly after that NOMZAMO MSIBI called me and wanted to know if I got documents from standard bank to sign I said no only an acknowledgement of receipt. Days later I sent NOMZAMO and email to advise her that I haven’t received anything I didn’t get any response her contact number all of them are not going through including cell numbers. Now I get calls from collection regarding the arrears and when tell them about my request the tell me they can see it its approved however documents needs to be signed. I was advised to call debt care and the debt care they say they can’t see anything on the system. They put me back to collections and who also put me back to debt care. I’M VERY UPSET WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY CAN’T FIND MY DOCUMENTS TO SEND THEM THROUGH TO ME AND I’M NOT GOING TO MAKE ANOTHER APPLICATION BECAUSE THE SAME THING WILL HAPPEN. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
Standard bank went to my Nedbank account and debited me R1253 that was an unauthorize debit. I have a loan with Standard bank and it was handed to TC Kwande Attorneys. I made an arrangement with the Attorneys a debicheck was put in place in my capitec account of which my salary is now deposited in that account. 1previous I my salary used to go to Nedbank and I had a debit check with sthem. To my surprised in November my daughter's maintenance was deposited in that account and Standard bank debit went off. I called standard bank and I was refunded and the lady told me I need to call TC Kwande and they will cancel the debichek. I called this TC Kwande and I could get hold of them to cancel the debicheck. I WANT THE DEBICHECK TO BE CANCELLED ON MY NEDBANK ACCOUNT, YOU REFFERED MY ACCOUNT TO THESE ATTORNEYS AND NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME I MUST CANCEL WITH THEM AND I CANT GET HOLD OF THESE PEOPLE. I NEED THAT MONEY TO BUY STATIONERY.
