I have been struggling for months with streaming and connectivity issues. Everytime we report it is not on their side but us as the clients. This is unacceptable. We pay for a service that is not worth paying for. I need someone to have a look into this as an increase on the plan is already in place since 1 February, but the service is as bad as it was before.
I am really considering to cancel at this stage.
