Estate Mismanagement

With regards to Monte Falco Complex in Lonehill/Pineslopes: Awful and unsafe place to stay, especially as a young single women. Since moving in here I have sadly been subjected to the worse possible service delivery and even abuse by the security guard staff. I once felt so unsafe at midnight, due to the security guards, that I had to call the Douglasdale SAPS (police) to come protect me and my roommates and get the security guards to leave us alone. Despite reporting this to the estate management, I was met with nothing but incompetence and no further help. Add to that the fact that the general upkeep of the estate is below par (the pool and gardens are always dirty and unkempt) it really just isn't worth the investment or leasing amount. You're better off finding something worth the pay in inner Lonehill or Douglasdale. Disappointing experience all round.
