Zamokuhle (Musa) I called him on the 27 of June to inform him about the passing of my nephew. He couldn't answer or come to me up until the family decide to use another undertaker.Musa andl the Zamokuhle numbers that are listed on their pamphlets are not existing.Its hard to reach them.My family decided to use another undertaker for cash whereas we've been paying Zamokuhle.My family and I ended up arguing and fighting about Zamokuhle.I had a meeting with Musa explaining my situation and it was not for the first time.I had a problem with him with standard bank and metropolitan life.Metropolitan life hasn't paid me as yet cause they can't get hold of him.My plea was for Zamokuhle to compensate me for not burying my nephew and I've explain my situation to him that my family and I we not in a good relationship anymore cause they are putting a blame on me regarding the matter that Zamokuhle couldn't bury their son and we are paying the premium every month.He suggested that I must get a confirmation letter or burial order.I called and whatsup him explaining the situation that I've managed to get burial order not confirmation letter.He is refusing to accept burial order and a death certificate,and he is the one who put me through to this mess.Why can't he sympathize with me and acknowledge his mistakes?
