I am a 66 year old pensioner who's been ****** R19500 pension money.They never explained to me the purpose of debi check,my creditors are not paid up as yet so I've requested them to send me the balances with no success.Ive told them I don't want to deal with them anymore am canceling the contract.They are now refusing to send me the cancelation forms.They are saying I must pay them R20000,where am I gona get that money from?The government is paying me R2000 for a leaving and here comes Blue Star to Rob the elders.Am stil saying I don't want the contract with ghem anymore,can someone pls intervene by letting them to stop debiting my money.I don't have food to eat as in now
I've been treated so unfairly by the Entshonalanga unjani senior sister who claimed to be a Christian,but how come she can chase a sick person away.What if that person died on that particular day.The unjani clinic is a private clinic whereby the patients have to be treated fairly, people come in the private clinic to be treated in a nice way but the sister just chase them away cause she wants to pray for more than 30 minutes.People are in a rush to go to work.
I am so dissapppointed about Exact store Soshanguve,I've called the shop and the personwho answered the phone was the store manager(Koketso) Firstly she never greeted me over the phone.Thats being rude to answer the company phone the way she did.Secondly she was very rude to me,that's not acceptable.I wanted her to do IBT for me from Soshanguve to Festival Mall cause I stay in Tembisa, she couldn't help me.She asked me to cal at 10,30.I tried to cal but the phone couldn't get through,so I managed to get through at 10:45.Oh she shouted at me again for calling at 10:45 not at 10:30,Thabo the Area manager won't allow her to send the jacket to Festival Mal cause it's very expensive.I feel very disrespected and need a proper apology from them.
So disappointed about SRD in Gauteng they have approved me for August and September 2022,when I go to check my money there is nothing.I was approved with the dates so I want Sassa to tel me who stole my money,cause lots of people have been approved but they are not getting their monies.People are struggling and really I need of that money,but people that are working at Sassa keep on stealing the money for the poor whereas they've got their salary every month.
So disappointed about the Alberton Health district,why are they delaying the process of releasing my late niece medical report to Alllife insurance? Alllife needs to process the claim so that the surviving beneficiary can have something to eat,soon its gonna be Christmas,meaning the poor child won't have clothes because of the Health district in Alberton.Can someone please from the Health department symphatise with us and furnish the medical records to Alllife,cause 3 or 4 weeks that they are saying to Alllife its too long for us as a family.We wanna heal and move on with our lives.
A week or 2 weeks back ALLIFE Insurance has requested Department of Health in Alberton district to furnish them with my late niece medical records.The district is telling Alllife to wait for 3 or 4 weeks for them.Thats too long guys.Alllife can't process the claim because of health department.Can someone please from the department attend to this matter ASAP cause we wanna get over this and we can't heal as a family.
So disappointed about Capitec bank funeral, I have submitted all the required documents for my late niece on the 9th of June 2022,the policy hasn't been paid till today.Can someone pls attend to this matter ASAP cause we've been waiting for too long now.And my niece has been paying Capitec funerals.
Zamokuhle (Musa) I called him on the 27 of June to inform him about the passing of my nephew. He couldn't answer or come to me up until the family decide to use another undertaker.Musa andl the Zamokuhle numbers that are listed on their pamphlets are not existing.Its hard to reach them.My family decided to use another undertaker for cash whereas we've been paying Zamokuhle.My family and I ended up arguing and fighting about Zamokuhle.I had a meeting with Musa explaining my situation and it was not for the first time.I had a problem with him with standard bank and metropolitan life.Metropolitan life hasn't paid me as yet cause they can't get hold of him.My plea was for Zamokuhle to compensate me for not burying my nephew and I've explain my situation to him that my family and I we not in a good relationship anymore cause they are putting a blame on me regarding the matter that Zamokuhle couldn't bury their son and we are paying the premium every month.He suggested that I must get a confirmation letter or burial order.I called and whatsup him explaining the situation that I've managed to get burial order not confirmation letter.He is refusing to accept burial order and a death certificate,and he is the one who put me through to this mess.Why can't he sympathize with me and acknowledge his mistakes?
So disappointed about standard bank funeral cover,jve sent all the required claim documents for my late niece who passed away on the 7th of June 2022.We are now on August the claim hasn't been paid as yet.Today the 4th of August I called standard bank and they told me that they are still waiting for the confirmation from the doctor.Can standard bank please tell me for how long should I wait.Come on its two months now,can someone please do his or her job cause I really need that money.I don't owe standard bank that's my money and I want to get over this issue or maybe advice me what to do it's long overdue.
