The worsed customer service ever. Musa the branch manager told us Tembisa branch is closed on Saturday after we hv called and asked if we can be assisted on Saturday for funeral arrangements. He advised that we arrive 8am on Monday 29 Dec 2025. We arrived as agreed only for them to open 9:15am. Worse part is my uncle passed on 24th Dec 2025 and they want to bury him 3rd January 2026. Utter disrespect to the family. Have never been so disappointed. No empathy or sympathy at all. We are now begging for them to bury my uncle earlier and with no conscious we are told "NO".

This funeral is a total **** . On the pamphlet it states that we get a standard burial site free but when claiming the story changes to the pamphlet is old which I fail to understand because as an individual when u take a certain policy to take whatever is in included there right? Once again when services change then we as clients we are never told. Secondly we never received programmes as well as a wreath as promised. If that was not enough they never pitched in the morning for assistance with the burial website had to use a private car to take the corpse to church I have never been so humiliated like this in my life

This funeral is a total **** . Once again when services change then we as clients we are never told. Secondly we never received programmes as well as a wreath as promised. Yoh i am not a happy customerat all i paid my burial at zamokuhle on the beginning of may then month end when i pay they are saying i am paying for the month of may again. I went there today to ask why are they saying i did not pay for may and the lady said there is no receipt in our book but i fail to understand why is she not checking on their invoices because they do hv the data of who paid and what not now they telling me month end i have to pay double. Zamokuhle you are bunch of ****mers m not happy at all

Zamokuhle (Musa) I called him on the 27 of June to inform him about the passing of my nephew. He couldn't answer or come to me up until the family decide to use another undertaker.Musa andl the Zamokuhle numbers that are listed on their pamphlets are not existing.Its hard to reach them.My family decided to use another undertaker for cash whereas we've been paying Zamokuhle.My family and I ended up arguing and fighting about Zamokuhle.I had a meeting with Musa explaining my situation and it was not for the first time.I had a problem with him with standard bank and metropolitan life.Metropolitan life hasn't paid me as yet cause they can't get hold of him.My plea was for Zamokuhle to compensate me for not burying my nephew and I've explain my situation to him that my family and I we not in a good relationship anymore cause they are putting a blame on me regarding the matter that Zamokuhle couldn't bury their son and we are paying the premium every month.He suggested that I must get a confirmation letter or burial order.I called and whatsup him explaining the situation that I've managed to get burial order not confirmation letter.He is refusing to accept burial order and a death certificate,and he is the one who put me through to this mess.Why can't he sympathize with me and acknowledge his mistakes?

Zamokuhle (Musa) I called him on the 27 of June to inform him about the passing of my nephew. Worst experience ever. My grandmother passed-on, on the 27/07, Tuesday. We called the parlor who came to collect her 2 hours later, we then went the following day for funeral arrangements. We were told we can bury her on the 30th or 3rd of Aug because one of the days which was Saturday was full and THEY DO NOT WORK for the rest of the other days. Everyone in the family was so shocked and luckily we found proof that they do work everyday of the week which now forced them to arrange the funeral to be on monday. I've never been so embarrassed, from the guys who assisted with carrying the coffin wearing vests and cargo shorts,not having a family car, no coffin stray, old dirty toilet, to dirty chairs. THIS PARLOR SHOULD COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN! She's been paying for this funeral cover from 2011 and we have never claimed anything from them since, it was so unfortunate that they had to assist us with the funeral arrangements, I will never EVER RECOMMENDED anyone to consider their service, its disgusting. Oh can I also mention the fact that my customer receipt book was given to a wrong person and I was told they will call me once brought back and now weeks later they haven't said nothing.

Zamokuhle Funeral Directors should be shut down. They treat people like trash,we had a disgusting experience recently when my cousin passed away on the 8th of January , firstly they sent one person to come nd collect her from home and as a result my other cousin nd my brother were forced to be the one to place her inside a body bag nd as a result, by cousin contracted the virus. They tried to scam my elderly aunt who is in hospital by saying she changed her policy nd were refusing to bury my cousin. At the grave site there was no water, there were only two stuff members who soon disappeared without assisting my family at the grave site. Nothing that was mentioned on the policy was provided. The staff members are rude nd the most disgusting part is all this unprofessionalism occurred at their head office. Please assist me by even reporting them so that they can be investigated. They don't even practice Covid-19 regulations. My 14 year old niece as scared as to how her mother was basically thrown away
