Zando's ********* bow out

I bought four of what was advertised as 925 Sterling Silver rings at Zando. I am unable to log a call, emails are bouncing back, no one to complain to. I now read that they are closing. This is how they bow out - cheating loyal customers of their hard earned money. Now I sit with 4 **** rings. This is very *********. Henceforth, I will remember Zando with a bitter taste in my mouth.
