They gave me 188 as a welcome bonus and I won some money, I chatted to an agent and she said I needed to wager with more bets which I finished , when I wanted to make a withdrawal they asked me to first make a deposit of R350 which I did but I still could not make a withdrawal they said I must contact a VIP manager , my question is why did they lie to me, I can't even withdraw the money I deposited.
