Horrendous refund service

Do NOT book this guest house!

I have been waiting for MONTHS for a refund of a booking that I cancelled months before the days we had booked for. Zebrina blames Afristay (who we booked with), and Afristay blames Zebrina for the delay.

Utterly disappointed! Save your money and don't even consider such an unscrupulous guest house such as Zebrina. After months of following up on my refund, I feel as though I have been scammed by Zebrina.
