Poor quality doormats and poor customer service
The doormats are of the worst quality I have ever seen - the base is extremely thin, the sides and corners are all frayed and the mat I received was torn in the middle. The mat also has blue and white glue on the personalised portions. I have been back and forth with an employee named Ina who has placed all blame on the courier company and not dealt with refunding me. Very frustrating and I do not suggest taking a risk with ordering from Georgie and Moon.

Sandton branch is terrible
Would not recommend Optique at all. Staff are not helpful, they take the entire day to send you your contact lens prescription. Optometrist Mignon at the Sandton branch is rude and gives out the prescription.

Horrendous refund service
Do NOT book this guest house! I have been waiting for MONTHS for a refund of a booking that I cancelled months before the days we had booked for. Zebrina blames Afristay (who we booked with), and Afristay blames Zebrina for the delay. Utterly disappointed! Save your money and don't even consider such an unscrupulous guest house such as Zebrina. After months of following up on my refund, I feel as though I have been scammed by Zebrina.

Stay away from Afristay
Do not book with Afristay! This is my second complaint about the same issue - Stacey-Lee James from the complaints department (who refuses to give me the details of anyone else at Afristay who I can deal with) does not follow up regarding refunds at all. I am exceptionally frustrated, and have been waiting for my refund for months now. My only advice to anyone booking accommodation is to stick to AirBnB. Afristay is utterly disappointing.

STAY AWAY FROM AFRISTAY - STICK TO AIRBNB
Wish I could give a 0 review! I booked through Afristay at Zebrina Guesthouse in Nelspruit over the April / May 2022 long weekend for a wedding, in December 2021. The wedding date has changed and so I cancelled my booking, also in December 2022. I am STILL awaiting my refund after paying in full, and no one at Afristay reverts back to my queries. Rather stick to AirBnB - never had a bad experience with them.
