Unwilling to pay back money

Do NOT book this guest house!

I have been waiting for days for a refund of a booking that I cancelled more than months before the days we had booked for. Zebrina blames Booking.com(who we booked with), but they deducted the money immediately when we booked.

Utterly disappointed! Save your money and don't even consider such an unscrupulous guest house such as Zebrina.
