Dear Management, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I received at Zebros Zevenwacht. My recent visit was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience due to the unprofessional conduct, attitude, and behaviour displayed by certain staff members. The manner in which I was addressed lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. The staff’s unruly attitude and dismissive demeanor were both disappointing and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and assisted in a professional manner. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disregarded. Such behaviour not only impacts the customer experience but also reflects negatively on your establishment’s reputation. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and investigated accordingly. I would appreciate feedback on the steps that will be taken to address this issue and ensure improved service standards moving forward. I look forward to your response. I ordered chips online. Price is R59,99 for the large portion. To my surprise it looked like R15 chips. I was so disappointed, I phoned the restaurant and the person answering the phone told me it's not his/her problem and that its his/her phone and I should take the chips. Then the call was dropped. I paid R80 for the chips and delivery. Thank you Zebros Upington for your bad chips order and poor customer service.

I went to Zebros in Mafikeng, the experience was very bad. They say they braai their meat only to be sold a very dry, hard fried chicken. The chicken looked like it was prepared a week or two ago, it had a smelly taste. The place is untidy with very bad customer service.

I was there by your Somerset West store just after17:00. Only 2ladies on duty. When i eventually came 2 counter after waiting bout 10 minutes i asked the manager Tessa how long is waiting period she told me long very long and that she is closing her store at 18:00 so to say that I am still gona be there that time.i asked her wht so long she told me dint complaint cause then i am going 2 upset the other customers. I just walked out without food..pathetic service or let me say none existing service..bad bad bad..0823860941 Bevan

I was there by your Somerset West store just after17:00. Only 2ladies on duty. This is the first time I ordered online at Zebro's Gordon's Bay but never again. I ordered the Thursday Burger Special and asked for NOT too much sauce on my chips. The chips arrived spwimming in sauce. The entire plastic bag at the bottom is just sauce. Also my cooldrink was missing. I also ordered the 6 piece Snack wings which only arrived with 4 ****tail wings. The 3rd meal was the nuggets, drum and chips which arrived without the drum. I contacted the store and they did send the missing items but none of us even ate any of the chips as they were just too saturated with sauce. My mom says the chicken wings had no flavour. The drumstick my daughter said looked pink inside and she didn't eat it. So she only had 4 nuggets. My burger was fine, no complaints there. But I feel that for R150 (which included a tip) is just rediculous to pay for food that is going to waste. Needless to say we won't be going there again.
