The slowest way to rent a car- Avis

They should just say the slowest way to rent a car in their advert. I have been waiting for an hour to have a car delivered after I phoned them 10 minutes before the agreed time. They keep saying the driver is on the way, I wondered if they are still manufacturing the car.
