Extremely poor customer service. When it’s time to sign up, the consultants can chase you for your information and your feedback. Once it’s time to assist with membership cancellation, then all of a sudden nobody knows how to respond? Yet you can debit my account for 2 years without any issues? I have only ever used their gym facilities once and never again. And now the debit went off and I requested to cancel as I don’t need the membership.
Yet till now, no response not even on the WhatsApp line or even via email. As the consultant who attends to the WhatsApp line only responded once on Saturday morning at 08:46am and never again. Guess they wanted to start their weekend early.
Completely unacceptable from such an established company.
