On the 24/03/2023 we booked for 10th till 12th of May , together with my members we were assisted by Zandile .As soon as we made the payment and attached the proof Zandile was not responding to our emails nor calls.We would like to get our full refund as Zandile didn't respond to our emails of us deciding to continue with reservation.we paid R2600 and we need a full refund since you failed to meet our requirements
