Poor material
I've bought winter clothes for my 5 months old baby at Chris Hani Mall then same day returned at Roodekop and left the slip there. I didn't think I'll return anything as I trusted the brand but I'm so disappointed with baby's vest they stretch on the shoulders after wash I have a pack that's not open I'd like to return it for a refund

Very poor service
On the 24/03/2023 we booked for 10th till 12th of May , together with my members we were assisted by Zandile .As soon as we made the payment and attached the proof Zandile was not responding to our emails nor calls.We would like to get our full refund as Zandile didn't respond to our emails of us deciding to continue with reservation.we paid R2600 and we need a full refund since you failed to meet our requirements

Return full amount
I bought my kids clothes for December and when I got home in Limpopo they had duplicates,I couldn't return them in any of the ackermans stores back there because I left the receipts in JHB ,I then came back last month to exchange where I bought them in Rosebank mall and they told me they'll give me with the reduced price then cause that's their policy but I still don't get it I paid full price cash and I had the receipt ,this is a daily robbery,I'm just pleading with the management for the full amount cause I paid cash I don't owe them anything

Lewis stores
I purchased my furniture at Lewis stores in Chris Hani Mall in 2018, I made my first directly in store then decided to do debit order, in November 2020 I went in the store to cancel my debit order for them to debit in my new bank account the two ladies who assisted me said the head office is not responding I left my details they said it will take a week to cancel until today I have a minus outstanding in that bank. From four different people that called me in the store that I complained to none of them has fixed my matter. I have an outstanding with them and the bank now. Lewis is a scam the credit has never went down, they don't take their customers serious, I just need them to sort my bank outstanding and I'll sort their outstanding also
