Zenzeleni bad service

Upon our arrival we had to wait long because the lady booked in 3 people with us and we had to wait for her to finish. When we got to our 11 sleeper our TV wasn't playing but the rest of the rooms TVs were fine. It took them forever to assist us and they never did. So I'm very disappointed in their service and how they handle situations.
