I had thee most horrible experience today 30/11/2024 at News Cafe Eastgate. Me and my boyfriend were dining having some drinks our waiter attended to us at all times but than the other lady waiter Lebohang brought another couple to our table without greeting or asking us if she could, I kept quiet because firstly on arrival she spilled my boyfriend's drink and denied dat it was empty but it was full and we showed her evidence tmof the table being wet. Nevertheless wen she brought the couple to our table she already had an attitude the couple ordered their drinks and wen she opened the lady's MOET bottle she actually spilled on me without apologizing whatsoever that's wen I just felt it's enough and decided to ask our waiter for our bill and we left worse we weren't even there for an hr. So News Cafe Eastgate please check your staff but Lebohang is very rude and has an attitude problem.
So it's been 2months going for the 3rd month and I'm still waiting for my refund, I spoke to Elrike Janse Van Rensburg and she told me everything is fine and approved I must wait for the money to get released worse she **** and stated that she's not in charge of the refund department but she actually has the power and authority to oversee and release any refund or claims. Consultants Kamogelo and Thandazo confirmed it. So Elrike Janse Van Rensburg you are giving Africa Mobile a bad name worse bad service. elrike.jansevanrensburg@africamobile.co.za
It's been a full month and 3days and I'm still waiting for my refund my account was debited for no good reason worse I do not have their product whatsoever I've been calling dem, sending dem emails and WhatsApp messages but their consultant Zenande always has an attitude as if I owe them any money which I don't they said waiting period 21days after 21days they say there's a queue for Refunds y say 21days but there's a queue it's a struggle to get my R582 refund from 30/07/2024. Africa mobile is the worst their service and consultants are pathetic....store@bolttech.pl>
So these people decided to debit my account without my consent, been trying to get hold of dem but I cannot worse I dono y they took money from my account and I'll definitely not leave it here but take it further
On 28/06/2024 Finchoice debited R681 which they were not suppose to do, I sent through emails requesting for a reversal but was not assisted at all till today I haven't received any feedback from them, why issue emails and contact numbers when you cannot assist your customers... Unhappy and disappointed in your service.
I'm so disappointed in IEC I registered to vote for the but than "special votes" registration came out as well which I app**** for I have proof of everything that it was approved, I checked my status again Saturday and saw my ID is not registered under special votes I called the IEC call centre and Alberton Civic where both ladies Sithembile Nthuli IEC and Thembile Civic Centre said I can be assisted manually as long as I have proof but that wasn't done at the voting station I went to.
I would like to know if why are people being ****med from you my sister is one that got ****med and lost a R1000 and you requested for another R2500 for what good reason I'll ensure to make you trend and take things further
African bank I don't have words left for you guys honestly I've been sending you guys emails regarding my issue with you, I only got a call Friday and was suppose to be called again regarding the follow up on how far you are with my query but I still haven't gotten any feedback from you. And I'm not gna leave it here it will go further coz clearly you cannot assist me mayb if I start by taking it further you will take me serious.
African bank has a new trend where they take money from your bank account without any of your consent. African bank took money from my account on the 28/03/24 without my consent whatsoever and I saw this on my banking app and till today I never received any assistance on how I can get my money back and it's not the first time experience this.
I requested a refund the 30/12/23 from African bank, the money they took out of my bank account wasn't theirs as I paid on the 14/12/23 but yet they still went and took the money I've been calling, sending emails, but no response from any of them to tell how far the process is it's over 72hrs already but here I am with no1 being in contact with me regarding the situation. I never knew African banks service can be this bad and poor at 1st they were perfect but now their consultants have attitude they all give u different stories but they went through the same training same department whatsoever. Rebecca, Sizwe and their supervisor Sophia never called me back once regarding how far my query is. I'm very disappointed and disgusted by African banks consultants and their supervisors.
