I booked a break via Zest Holidays , from 4-8 October 2021, paid all required money including my breakage deposit, which are refundable (or so they said) . I completed my refund form as they requested after our stay and emailed it back to them with my banking details. Today is 30 November 2021, and I am still waiting for my breakage refund. On the forms they claim to pay it back after 10 days. I have send them numerous emails asking for the refund, but I am totally ignored.
