I've been making appointments for my little girls for her vaccination for the last year already and rather pay for a proper and sufficient service. So my last appointment was at 9 month so obviously I need to make another for her 12 months vaccination which I did months ago. 17 November to be exactly. At the time making the appointment online there was no dates available for a Wednesday so the next beat date would be the Thursday for the 4th January. I even confirmed my date on the 13th December and the consultant confirmed my date but changed my time from 10.20 to 10.30 which I confirmed.
Today on the 3rd January I get my confirmation call as per normal, but only to tell me that they can't help me the next day because the vaccination I want is only done on a Wednesday for government and Saturday as private on their Saturday availability is only the 20th January. I'm so apolled by this pathetic service I received calling me a day before but also not will to assist me. I made my appointment well in advance. I'm disappointed that they didn't even try and help me. My advice their clinic service must work out a better system and communicate better. I won't use their service again and won't advise people to use it either.
Highly disappointed with dischem clinics service and nursing staff.
